1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item in your order.
  • The package was tampered with or arrived in an unsealed condition.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
  • Opened or partially consumed dry fruits.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products not in their original packaging or missing labels.
  • Orders placed under discounts or promotional offers.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your order meets the return/exchange eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kokoonuts.com or call +91 6033-429354 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, issue description, and clear images of the product/package.

  3. Approval & Resolution: If the issue is verified, we will:

    1. Arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
    1. Issue a refund in case of unavailability.

  4. For replacements : Once your request has been received and verified, one of our delivery agent will pick the order within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we shall be providing you with the exchange or refund depending on your request.
  5. For exchanges: After the product has arrived at our warehouse, we will deliver the exchanged product as requested within the standard delivery timeframe , i.e. 4-5 business days.
  6. For refunds: After the product has arrived at our warehouse, we will credit the refund amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


3. Refund Policy
  • Full Refund: If the return is approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Partial Refund: If the issue is minor and does not significantly affect product usability.
  • No Refund: If the return request is outside the 24-hour window or does not meet eligibility conditions.

Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds will be processed  and credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for future purchases.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded via  bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return if damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days.
